Office Manager/Secretary

We are looking for an Office Manager/Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced, heavily collaborative and iterative environment. In that role, you’ll be an integral member of a team. We’re looking for an ambitious, open and result driven Office Manager/Secretary that is responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of our team.

How you’ll be working

  • Participate in customer meetings and support marketing activities.
  • Knowledge driven: collaborate with the management team to support them in their operational work.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and guard the agenda of the Management team (4 people).
  • Make minutes of the management tea meetings, follow up action points, organize locations etc.
  • Screen e-mails of yhe CEO and CCO, and follow up where needed.
  • Financial administration.
  • Organize business travel.
  • All facilities’ organization of 2 offices (Amstelveen and the Hague).
  • Support marketing activities such as premium purchasing, database maintenance etc.

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager/Secretary for at least 5 years.
  • Familiarity with MS office and Google.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven experience in ‘startup/scale up’ environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Dutch and English.
